Bills are killing my future

I've had Verizon 10 months now out of necessity after my home burned down last year.  I was phoneless and in a pinch. No money and they had a special going on. Well since then I have paid a total of $2,594.34 in 9 or 10 months. Its just me myself and I on the plan. I had a smart watch I got allegedly for free which is stolen bit still costing a fortune and a month ago had to at Verizons advice add a tablet due to my phone screen going out and was then informed the insurance I'd paid the last 9 months wasn't the correct kind to cover anything physically but cyber advice. I had no choice so I agreed.  I was told an additional 10 bucks a month and now I have a 700 bill next month as well.  So as we currently stand I,  1 person, broke, lost home and everything in the fire am living in a motel struggling to get back on my feet and Verizon keeps shutting my phone off, more than once, that is required for me to work.  At the 1 year mark at thus rate I'll be over 4,000 deep to them which is a crime in itself but still be in jeopardy of being shut off.  I absolutely can't afford this and every time I ask for help they do something on my bill that ALWAYS  makes it spike up more and more anx more.  I asked for help when my bill hit 200, their solution was making it hit last month's 485 and the solution to that was this months 788! I can't afford to ask for anymore help! They will take me to collections,  cut off my phone and further throw me into a bottomless pit of which I can't dig out.  Bankruptcy isn't even an option. I am desperate,  I don't know what to do. Verizon literally gives zero concerns about the situation or even acknowledges hiw much I have in fact already paid!! It's absolutely criminal. I am going to attach my bills, my customer service chats and the aftermath on my blog and on every social media platform available.  Anything to prevent anyone else from falling into thus pitfall swallowing me whole.  Thanks Verizon.
