Blocking calls from "UNKNOWN NAME"

Is there a way to block all calls with "UNKNOWN NAME" as the caller name?  I've searched this a ton but every solution I find points to either a broken link or a feature that does not exist.

Good afternoon, kash2112! All calls listed as unknown are simply numbers that we are not able to obtain a caller I.D. for. Are you receiving multiple calls from a specific number? What is the make and model of your device?

I understand what "unknown name" means.  I'm getting multiple calls each day with "unknown" name and the numbers are all different.  They are all SPAM calls.  My question is can I block anything where the caller ID is "unknown name"
