So back last year of October, I joined Verizon with a telesales representative. I’ve been told that I should’ve received an email within a week regarding my rebate. However, it’s been six months and I still have not received my email regarding my rebate. I’ll be calling customer service about 20 times. Everytime the representative Will tell me that the rebate has expired and they cannot do anything about it except submit an escalated ticket for me. Dan and then a few weeks go by and I call back I will be informed that no ticket was ever submitted and this happened many times. Last time the representative went through the entire email that was ever sent to me and that took about half an hour and they cannot send find the rebate email that was sent to me so they submitted another Escalade ticket and now today when I callbck they said there’s never a ticket was submitted.
