Hi, I have issues with signal strength which is often non-existent during the day. Incoming calls often go directly to voice mail which frequently don't arrive for a few days! In order for me to make an outgoing call enough times during the day, I have to "reboot" my phone.
This has been checked out over the phone with VZN, and I have gone personally to our local store. The explanation I am given is my location to the cell tower. I have been a VZN customer since the 'Ma Bell" days, and I don't want to part ways.
Please help,
Ruth

Oh, wow! We are sad to see you in this coverage dilemma. We take pride in providing top quality service.
When did the issue start (did it ever work)? What recent changes have you made? Who else is experiencing this issue? Aside from the calls, any other problems?

Hi, Gilbert, and thanks for getting back. I moved into Broad Mead about 8 mos. ago, and have always had issues with cell reception. I sent a broadcast email to all the residents and a number of them have reported similarly. Two of them switched to another carrier. I don't want to do that since I have been with VZN as I said, since Ma Bell days...

Ruth, appericate you being around with us for so long. For sure we can look into this with you. To get a little clarifaction on things, where are these issues with signal most occurring? Are them happening while at home/indoors or when you're out and about?

Thanks so much for those details. Are you running into issues at a particular location or is this happening no matter where you go? Would you mind sharing your zip code so we can take a closer look at the area?

Thank you for confirming those details for us, RU10. Since this would be considered an indoor issue, we definitely have some solutions to help improve your coverage. Do you have Wi-Fi available at home? Have you tried out Wi-Fi calling before? https://www.verizon.com/support/wifi-calling-faqs/
