I have business numbers set up through Microsoft Teams Phone. CNAM has been set up for the company name and shows correctly on https://calleridtest.com/. I have a personal Verizon phone and the default City, State is still showing. I've also called the typical Verizon numbers for help and no one seems to even know what this is or which department to transfer to. Any help??

Hi Ivone, so you're saying that despite it showing correctly on calleridtest.com, it is still not showing to Verizon correctly? I have contacted the Teams Phone people who made sure it was set up properly and does show correctly on calleridtest but not on Verizon. Can you explain how Verizon gets the data and how it is transferred to the wireless customers?
