I have discovered that calls are getting dropped exactly at the same location in my backyard. I am using Iphone5SE. Could someone from Verizon help check the network coverage in our area?

We always want you to have the best services. I just want to ask are you having this problem in any other area, or only the backyard area? Is this area of your yard densely covered with tree/foliage?
