I get up at 2am to read my emails and most other websites just get spinning circles. I have relatively new pc, router, phones. Both my wifi and cellular data are bad. I have verizon home lte and verizon cellular. I don't use wifi on our phones, just cellular data but it is bad. I reboot my router and pc and phones multiple times per day. I have called in to verizon, nothing helps.

My zip code is 61571. I am within a 1/4 mile of a 5g network and all I get is spinning circles. It has been getting worse over the last 6 months. When I do speed tests it usually has trouble finding a server to even do a speed test. Problem is both cellular and home lte. I have relatively new pc, phones, router. I reboot everything multiple times a day. My cellular data has been good here for almost 20 years and now all of a sudden, it doesn't work. If I can make a phone call it is full of static. I probably won't even be able to post this reply because when I hit post nothing happens. We live in the middle of a corn field so no new trees or buildings to block my signal. It works sometimes.

When Verizon Home LTE first came to my area 1 year ago, I signed up. It worked well for 3 to 6 months. For over 19 years my cellular data and cellular calls have worked well. It all started last summer. Both Cellular Data, Cellular Calls and Verizon Home LTE started getting slower and slower. For example, I timed how long it took for the Verizon logon page to come up today with no other competing wifi or cellular data in our home. It was over 2 minutes. Sometimes it works fine and sometimes it doesn't. It seems related to Verizon Home LTE coming to our area. You may have signed up more homes than the infrastructure can handle. This is now impacting not only my home lte but my cellular data/cellular calls.

we had the same issues. We ordered a booster and it took forever to come and they lost the order. Don't expect Verizon to care. The more they upgrade the worse the service is getting.
