Hi, for the last hour I've been trying my darnest to order a phone and plan as a new customer but for the life of me it won't accept ANY password I enter, saying it's not hard to guess enough. I tried phrases, random words, and random characters - even left Google suggests "strong" passwords. Nothing worked.
So....um, how am to become a new customer if I can't get pass the create a password bit?? 🤔
*see screenshot for reference
(yes, I used at least 1 captial letter, 1 number, and I special charter with each attempt)

If you're constantly getting a "too easy to guess" error, maybe you just need more characters, or there are too many repeated characters in a row. Depending on the system, some won't let you have even 2 characters repeated in a row. Other things which are often rejected are using simple words which can be found in a dictionary, using easily attributable information to yourself such as your name, phone number, birthday, or Social Security number. Many password systems do not like using a period as a "special character".
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
