Can’t complete initial setup of eSIM. Can’t use any of your dysfunctional support methods because my account is limited since I can’t activate the one phone I’ve bought from Verizon. I just want my phone to work and for support to actually be available to me as a new customer.

Wanted to replace my phone and change provider. Quick online checkout with Verizon, felt like it was going well. Few hiccups with porting number due to user error on my part. No big deal since the new phone was still in transit. Phone port status was updated to completed before I got it anyways. Day my new phone arrives, turn on, initial setup, get to cellular step, nothing helpful. Doesn't seem like esim is working. Check old phone, no service, seems right, finish setup without cellular step. Stuck.
