Can't add Disney Bundle - "You have a pending order, please check back in 15 minutes..."

Been having this issue for couple weeks.  4 or 5 phone calls to support have proven unhelpful.  They even opened a ticket with Verizon IT which has been open for days without any change or feedback.

Appears I'm not the only one and it's been around a long time.

Seems insane for me to have spent 5 hours on the phone and can't get resolution.  Every support person wants to go through the same troubleshooting steps all over again 🙂  Driving me nuts..

Anybody out there had luck getting this resolved?
