I need to speak with a live agent but no matter what i call it routes me through an automated msg and hangs up. I have been with Verizon for 19 years and this is the service i get!!! I just need to talk and ask questions!!!!!!!! Maybe change is a good thing!!!! #poor_service #customer_service
