Can't get any help. I'm done.

First off, this is my final farewell to Verizon. I have had a nightmarish experience for the last 6 months. It began when I noticed people whom I'd call couldn't hear me well. They said I kept cutting out. Also, I'd hear an echo of my own voice when I spoke.
I started by calling tech support, and would get someone to try and help, but they couldn't hear me, either. So then, I borrowed a phone to call them, and they began troubleshooting steps, but the call would abruptly end, and they never called back. I must have gone through this twenty times before getting someone to complete the steps (I calculated that I spent roughly 26 hours a week calling, and being dropped over and over with no call backs. ) So, they finally ran all of the usual troubleshooting steps, but couldn't fix it. I also took it to several Verizon stores and waited around forever to get a service rep to help. They tried changing it from a physical to an eSim; which also didn't work. More useless calls every week ending in zilch. Alternately, I tried the chat help. It was way worse! The reps didn't understand English very well, and even if I got lucky enough to get a supervisor, they would ultimately end the chat with no warning, so I'd sit there for half an hour waiting for no reason . This went on for a few months, when I was finally able to get someone to send me a replacement phone under warranty. Supposedly refurbished, and provided by Ensurion. That phone had the exact same problem as my original. More weeks being shuffled around and dropped chats and calls. They sent yet another faulty replacement phone; and it felt as if none of the replacements were refurbished, as if I were getting someone else's used phone that wasn't refurbished at all. I'm still stuck using this faulty one, because of a glitch in their system that says I never got it. So, I can't replace it or even do an upgrade. I still have a bad phone and bad call quality! I tried talking to the customer retention rep, who acted a bit condescending but had promised to get the engineers to fix the glitch so I could upgrade. He set an appointment with me, but didn't keep it. He hasn't called me back still, and the glitch is still there.
So, I'm done with Verizon. I paid a lot for my original phone (Samsung S23 Ultra), which turned out to be an expensive paperweight. I still can't successfully make a phone call, and Verizon couldn't care less. Months of my life wasted. (I practically have ptsd because of all the stress!); plus a ton of money wasted. All for nothing. Worst cell service provider. Ever.
P.s. they also deleted my entire cloud, even though I've been paying my bill on time via autopay!
