Can't hear just one person on my contact list, but they can hear me.

When one particular caller calls me, my wife, the call connects. I hear her fine, she can't hear me. I call her back and there are no problems. Both of us have Android phones, I own a TCL and am on TRACFONE(verizon),she owns a S22+ and is on Verizon.
Problem only started this month but has continued roughly 4 weeks.

Apologies for the confusion, as the title of the post is the opposite of the first sentence, and I want to make sure we're on the same page. To clarify, you can hear your wife, but she can't hear you, is that correct? Are you listed on your wife's Verizon account as an account manager, so that we can help troubleshoot her Verizon line with you?

Sorry, you are correct.
When I call my Husband, he can hear me, but I cannot hear him. So I have to call him and wait for him to call me back. When he calls me, I can hear him just fine.
