Can't make calls, can't contact Verizon any other way

Hello, I know this is probably not what this board is for but I have run out of options.
Summary: I am not able to make calls on my phone, and I am not able to contact Verizon for help in any other way than this message board.
Background: I suspect I am no longer able to make calls because I am out of data (though this is the first time I have run out) but wifi calling is not working either. I am connected to wifi and wifi calling is turned on in my SIM card settings but when I try to make a call I get error messages like : "Mobile network is not available connect to a wireless network to make a call."
Main Issue: I went to login to myVerizon to see if I could buy some more data but to login I need to enter a security code sent to my phone. But I cannot receive the security code sent to my phone because I can't receive any texts. Obviously given I can't call Verizon technical support because I can't make any calls. I can't talk to a human on the Verizon technical support chat without logging in to my account which, like I mentioned above, I can't do.
Additional Info: Not sure if this is relevant but my phone is a Google Pixel 5a.
Sorry for the trouble, hope I'm not misusing this board too badly. Really just don't know what else to do. Thank you.

Nevermind, I just did a third hard reset of my pixel and I'm getting data again so it was a Google Pixel issue and not a Verizon issue in this case. Thank you and sorry for the trouble.
