Can't reorder after canceling

I pre-ordered the S24 through Samsung website selecting Verizon that's my carrier everything went okay I changed my mind and wanted a different color I canceled the order I got the confirmation email I tried to reorder and I couldn't Verizon saying it's still pending but it's been canceled ,
