Can't send or receive a call

In 71241- I can't send or receive a call. This happened yesterday. Other family members with a phone exactly like mine work fine. I can send and receive text. I've called customer service. No resolution. Others having this problem.  We will have to check it out.

Out of the blue, happened to me today too 56003.  Was your issue resolved and what was the fix?  Spent all day with tech support.

Help is here to make sure you're able to make and receive calls kaki2015. I was unable to locate any issues reported in your area. What phone do you have? What steps did customer service take to resolve your issue? We may need to discuss this with you privately to access the account and provide you with account/device specific steps.
