I'm on a 12gb verizon plan, but don'tseem able to turn on mobile hotspot. Any ideas?
What error do you receive when trying to turn on the hotspot? What phone do you use? Is your 12GB plan one of the newer plans with Hotspot included?
Mobile Hotspot is definitely a fabulous feature to be able to use. smith6612 asked some great questions already. I would also recommend double checking your line's features in your My Verizon account online. Just check and make sure there is not anything blocking your hotspot feature.
