I want to cancel one of two lines on my plan. Mine is primary number which I am keeping. What do I do with other phone? There's still a balance owed on it.
T7171, we're sorry to read that you're planning on cancelling one of your lines, and we definitely want to provide you with the information you need. To clarify, if a line has an active device payment plan, the total unpaid balance will be billed in full upon disconnecting the line. To best assist, we'll be sending a Private Message.
