One of my sub accounts apparently has a cash only restriction on it. I have spent hours and hours with customer service both online and in the store. Nobody seems to know anything about the restriction - what caused it, how long it is in effect for or how I can get it removed. I have had at least two tickets created and numerous reps promising to figure it out and call me back. Nothing. This has been going on for over a MONTH. Have been a wireless customer and Fios customer for 20 years with perfect credit. This is beyond infuriating
