My grandkids just charged my phone account one for $14.99 and 19.99 today I just blocked my account!! What can I do about these charges that I didn't authorize? My grandkids are 9 and 11.

Oh no, I have been there before with my kids. I would love to help as much as I can. One option would be to contact the app developer to see if you can get a refund since it is not through us you will need to reach out to them. I can help with how to stop this in the future. I would think the owner of the phone is responsible for any charges. Just as I kept my cable box password-locked when my boys were young so they wouldn't order adult movies.
