Why has Verizon's cell service become the most expensive yet the least reliable service in PA, MD, DE, DC, and VA? Lord help anyone if they were kidnapped and thrown in the trunk of a car and had Verizon Wireless because it would most likely drop the call. Not to mention their outrageously overpriced phones that now stop holding a charge just under the 2-year contract they commit you to if you want a payment plan for the phone. Seriously going to check into other carriers after 30+ years with this company. SO, sad that companies now care more about the all-mighty dollar and not excellent service any more. Where I live I only get one bar when I am home, yet when I call Verizon, they say my service connection is fine. Come down and sit in front of my house with your Verizon cell service and see for yourself. I got rid of Fios years ago because the price got outrageous just so I could watch TV. Oh, but I could save a whole $10 a month if I combined my Fios with my Wireless. Whoopie! Verizon Wireless used to be a really good service but not anymore and 5G stinks!!!!!!!! It works great in HI but I don't live there!!!! I guess they know what they are doing there when they put 5G in.😏
