We have been having poor service at home. I have spent hours on phone calls and chat with Verizon representatives. Three times we were promised a LTE Network Extender. It shows up on the website but never gets shipped. When did Verizon become the worst at customer service? Has anyone had any experience switching to T-Mobile? Looks to be out best option.
