I live in upstate south Carolina zip code 29303. Both of our lines have the worst service I've ever had in 20 years. We have brand new phones. We've updated,restarted, apl the troubleshooting you can do. Still garbage service. Im regretting ever switching to verizon. I checked your ZIP code, and one thing which stands out is having several rivers and lakes in the vicinity. From what I've read in the forums, water and Verizon don't get along for some reason. And just like the guy in the Verizon ad going "No, no, no!" at a washing machine, the water wins. Clearly a quirk of the network, as at least one of the competitors doesn't experience this issue with lakes. Another thing which can be causing interference is if you're close to an airport's radio tower, as I've seen reports that signal strength is terrible on Verizon in or around airports.
