I got my new iPhone 15 Pro Max last September and switched from T-Mobile. Since then I experiencing reception issues that I didn’t have before. Most of my workplace I have only 1 bar or “SOS” in Arlington VA area. I’m at home now and have 1 bar while I’m typing this. How can we boost the signal?

First of all, I appreciate CS’s efforts that they actively responded my problems very quickly. However, they didn’t get my point. I asked their poor cell reception based on comparison but they recommended to use Wi-Fi calls. I visited a local restaurant last night with two friends. One (A) is on Sprint and the other one (B) is on Verizon like me.  While A got 6 bars, B and I are “SOS”. If all SP deliver same quality then I would get it but it’s not 2000s, it’s 2023. If I get zero signals every indoor, what can I do? What if they don’t allow me to use their Wi-Fi? Btw, friend A told me the secret, turn off Wi-Fi then can get a signal which worked for minutes.
I switched to Verizon through trade-in and I don’t know whether I can cancel it.
