Changed my phone number a couple of months back. Now when i sign in I can not see the second phone on the plan that i was managing. I am still paying for the bill though and the price increased by 12 dollars. I assume that some deal i had is not working because of the change or they didnt update my veteran status. I wont use the website next time. Better to do it with a representative.
