Verizon sent me a phone in December 2022. It got stuck at UPS for 3 weeks. They turned it around and it went back to their warehouse. I closed my account in good standing. I called monthly for 6 months because I kept receiving emails notifying me about the phone they recieved back from UPS, a phone they rerouted back to their warehouse. A representative for Verizon even removed my payment method for me so it wouldn't charge me. I was told for 6 months due to my excessive checking in and calling that it was "taken care of". I even inquired what happens if I'm turned over to collections by someone who doesn't read the notes on my account. Well, low and behold, they turned me over to IC systems. I wrote a letter, Verizon would no longer speak to me, I was promised from June 2023-aug 2023 by Verizon supervisors that this would be "taken care of", they apologized profusely. Now I call IC Systems and Verizon has let Sequim Collections buy this debt. My credit score has dropped 100 points!!! I have never made a late payment in my life since I was 16 years old, worked my tail off for my credit and now this. No one at Verizon will make this right!! $1505!! Verizon actually owed me $48 back after my account was closed IN GOOD STANDING. Honestly, I am at a loss at what to do. I have never been treated so poorly, my credit ruined and no one will make this right!
