Charged for order that Verizon says isn't complete

I placed order yesterday online at 10:15 am and was given order confirmation number and paid $20 for expedited shipping so it will be delivered by today Saturday by noon est April 27 2024 , my account was charged $223.99 at 10:15am and I never received an email confirmation number or tracking number or my text message updates. I reached out to Verizon via chat and spoke to Vincent and he reassured me even though I hadn’t received an email confirmation that my order was good to go and I’d receive it on time by Saturday noon and I informed him that I taken off work specifically so I could be home to sign for the delivery and would be loosing a few hundred dollars so I needed to be sure that there were no issues with my order and he again reassured me everything was fine. The next morning I still hadn’t received an e-mail or text message in regards to my order tracking or shipping information so I reached out to Verizon via chat and they referred me to Call Verizon and I did , at 7:15 am I started my first phone call and now it’s 5:22 pm and I’ve spoken to 12 different Verizon reps and I’ve been on phone calls for 2 hours and 26 mins and then was hung up on , every single call took over the duration of 1 hour and not 1 employee would successfully transfer me to there supervisor in any department I spoke to ,customer care,online sales,fraud,post paid not any of them they all lied and transferred me to another rep or hung up on me . They keep saying my order wasn’t completed because my card was declined and it wasn’t it was approved and was 1000% confirmed that Verizon did deduct the $223.99 from my account and that Verizon has a hold on the $223.99 untill may 4 2024 and that Verizon charged me $223.99 at 2:28pm April 26 2024 after the payment already went threw and that transaction was declined so I don’t know why Verizon tried to charge me again after they already took the money from my account and why they are saying they didn’t charge me when the payment has posted I have proof from my bank and all the details and nothing has been returned to my account and order still isn’t completed and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life this has been so stressful I have almost had a panic attack, my blood pressure has been extremely high all day due to this error on Verizon’s behalf and this has been a horrifying experience I need a supervisor to please get this error solved because I’ve done everything on my end correct and payed for goods and services and have been treated absolutely horrible and still haven’t got this matter resolved and the money is still in Verizon’s hands and they have a hold on it untill the 4th my bank proved . 1 rep said they had to reprocess the order and after 1 hr and 48 mins when he was about to do that we got disconnected and every rep after that I couldn’t get back to that process this is horrible.
