Charges on my bill for a tablet

I sent in a tablet for a replacement Because it stopped working. Now im being charged for a cracked screen that was not   cracked when I put it in the return box. I want that charge removed from my bill.

I went to an att kiosk on can also 15th 2015. I advised them i desired a pill. They stated in case you get a samsung s6 you will get a free samsung pill. I needed to give up my iphone to do it. 6 months later i see on my bill that they've been charging me a monthly installment for my FREE tablet. I chatted with someone on-line and they made a case and looked into it admitting that it became a mistake and it ought to be free. A month later there is still some other price on the loose pill. I call and they tell me the case became closed and no longer handiest will no longer refund the cash they fraudulently took but the will maintain taking money. They deny there ever turned into a loose pill. Ultimately i communicate to a manager and he or she changed into all nice and information and said she could investigate it. This night i observe my invoice and i used to be charged 209.99 (the final stability on my unfastened tablet) AND it became late.
