Around 8pm (cst) I reached out to chat support due to my recent BYOD kept giving me IMEI issues, because it was brought on with its IMEI2.
So I reset the phone and tried to reactivate the line, on its original IMEI. Then phone kept reading "No Sim" so I reached out to see if anyone could help, or just get the manual numbers to push the activation. They said they were trying some things, and then we got disconnected. I had to run to work at 10:15pm, but when I reconnected their last message was, "It'll be fixed shortly, don't worry."
Now at 2:39a, now my line, which has been fine for 12 years, and my BYOD have ZERO service.
When I go to login to my account, I'm met with a number that isn't even on my account. "Number ending in 4631" / Yet it's not like I can do the verification, because I HAVE NO SERVICE NOW, but WHOSE NUMBER IS NOW ON MY ACCOUNT? Are they also trying to order product and stack my bill? Cannot even be sure what's going on, because now I cannot reach anyone.
This is insane.
