Chat reps are horrible

I had a support rep named Marian who was unresponsive, unhelpful, and then just bailed and stopped responding to a simple question. They took forever to answer a simple question and in the middle of the conversation started copying and pasting the opening greeting over and over. Maybe get actual humans instead of trained monkeys to work the chat option.
