Hi all. Yesterday, 12/26, I submitted a trouble ticket because I don't have service at my home. I have the ticket number and I was wondering if there was a way for me to check the status of this without having to call customer service and sit on hold?

Hi - May 11th I was told by the agent to “check the status of my remedy ticket on line. Just sign into your account and check it”. There was no number provided. My zip code is 99166, for Republic, Washington. How can I check the status? I don’t see a link for that.
