Close my account due to extremely poor service and costumer service

I switched my business phone line and internet  to Verizon at the end of 2022. In have been struggling to set up auto payment for my bills. I have to spend at least 1 hour trying to sign in to my account and make payment. I have talked more then 5 times to pay the monthly payment. Everytime i was told the system will automaticlally charge my credit, but everytime getting late payment or past due payments notification. Either fix it or close my account. 

It is simple payment. I can not sign in to account. Does not rercognize my number or email. I have to call verizpon everytime, wait for someone, and always promised i am set and dont have to enter my credit card. I still have to call to make a stupid payment. 

I have been struggling with this for one year already and sick of it. Either fix it already or close my account.

The best way to get this addressed would be through our business support team, which can be reached via the 800-922-0204 support number. When calling, you're automatically directed to their support if you use your VZ Business number. They are active Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (local time) and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
