How do I go about getting a commercial yard repaired after Verizon's contractor did some digging and left a mess? We can't mow, the grass they planted did not grow, the straw is a mess, and there is a dip or settled area that needs filled back in and leveled out. Who will fix this and when will it get done? This is in front of our Township building.
