I am a new customer and I am so frustrated with this poor service that I have gotten from this company. I have been charged ridiculous fees and been penalized for something that I can’t even control within Verizon’s systems. Yet I am the one spending all the money for your mistakes. I need to know if I have to file a corporate complaint with Verizon or the BBB at this point! Nobody can seem to answer that question, because it seems that the situation isn’t going to be rectified.
