No one seems to care about my issue and I am paying for service and a phone I cannot use.
The problem all started when I had to get a new phone from motorla. Once I received the new phone it took Verizon almost a month to get it connected, and i had to research the solution to problem and provide the fix.
Fast forward a couple of months and motorola has to send me yet another phone under warranty and verizon cannot get this phone on the network. Every time any action takes place i have to have a trouble ticket put in and wait 5-7 business days for a resolution. Now i am nearing almost another month with out a phone and with all of the two steps verification sites out there i have trouble accessing bank accounts, making medical appointments, etc.
Also people have no idea about my phone or what an esim is, they keeping telling me to insert a sim card, yet there is no sim card.
This is ridiculous and i feel as though no one is concerned about my satisfaction. I also have no recourse as i have two lines and am paying for two phones, so leaving isn't an option.
I have been a loyal customer since 2007 and do not know what to do.
