Who can I talk to you or what number can I reach to file? Complaints against employees. Our account has been messed up. Have applied late charges due to Verizon‘s mistakes. Employees that lie about promotional deals. And when we ask are any hidden fees. They say no hidden fees and we get hit with a hidden fee. Even though we specifically asked about the very fees that we find on our new bill.. We got hit with late charges due to Verizon‘s mishap of our account. we got hit with shipping and handling fees that said wouldn’t be there. And then we’re expected to pay late charges and fees because of Verizon‘s mistakes and wording used by their employees. And when you ask questions. They ignore your chat sessions, and or hang up.  We have names, and we want to make a formal complaint against employees that lie and mess up our information and we have to still pay for their mistakes. Who can we talk to? Anyone have a real number that makes real changes with actual live person? So fed up with Verizon.

Verizon has created a very clever system where it is very hard to find somebody to blame. Dont tryto make any common sense with customer service reps. They will bounce you from one call center to another and will tell you that managers are not available  Fill out Notice of Dispute form  available on verizon.com. Someone from a highier tier who actually has some authority may be able to resolve your issue.
