Connecting my Samsung Galaxy 10s to internet

My phone will send 40 or 50 of the same message to someone, but tell me it has failed. I can successfully connect to a good wifi, but not the internet or Netflix while connected to wifi, or not. I can't even access the "My Verizon" app.
