I have recently subscribed to Verizon Wireless from Costco to avail the offer. on 12/29/2023 i order in Costco with Verizon for 5 new devices with trade in offer and i received the devices next day afternoon on 12/30/2023. While trying to activate it was not accepting my pin. Upon calling customer for 2 consecutive days i got to know that my Credit application is with Fraud Dept. and they are denying the services. There was no explanation why the services are being denied since my credit application check which was done at Costco store was showing $7000 and eligible for all devices.
This is very annoying to see i have an excellent credit score and good history still VZW is denying to provide any reason behind it. The customer support i was talking with are very rude and repeating the same stuff over and over. I can't get through to a person who could eventually get me with right answer despite of providing all my ID/Address proofs.
Double thumbs down with VZW as i did not expect such a cheap service
