Coverage in my Leesburg, Florida neighborhood seems to be degrading over the years. Could this be a maintenance issue with the tower near me?

I know how important having reliable coverage is for my at home, Rockflite, and I am here to help. I'd like to learn more about what is happening with your service, as it is unlikely an issue related to maintenance. Can you tell me more about what is happening with your service? When did this issue specifically start happening?

Gradually over the last two years. The signal strength meter on everyone’s cell phones, including visitors went from 2-3 bars down to one. Also conversation in our garage were spotty then gradually no conversation ability. More importantly, outside our home is now only one bar. I realize the strength meter is not an accurate gauge but lack of communication in these areas is evident.

I personally think my neighbors using Verizon are just living with the situation and not reporting it as was I.

Thanks for those details. How far away from your home do you have to travel before service improves? Can you tell us more about what happens when trying to use voice, text, and data?
