We live on the outskirts of Madisonville, LA. Your map shows 5G UWB. We have never gotten 5G UWB anywhere near my home.
Out family has to drive at least 5-10 miles away from the house to Mandeville or Covington to get that service.
If you cannot update the towers to get the appropriate service, I would like a full refund for the previous months of coverage and to be let out of my contract so I can find a carrier.
