I've been really disappointed with my Verizon experience. I've been a customer for over 15 years. I finally got an account issue fixed and I was put on my own account after years of trying. I've lost all of my Verizon Up points that i gained from my previous account and I haven't received on despite paying my bill this month. For some reason Verizon has no concern with taking care of current customers. My phone is paid off and I'm ready to move my business elsewhere.

After years of trying? What have you been doing? A transfer your service call takes around 10 minutes from start to finish.
There are only two delays for a TYS and both are on the customer. Account must be current and the assuming party must have good credit. All Verizon does is do a credit check, rest is on you.
So you lost the equivalent of losing a $300 credit for a $5 Starbucks gift card, you'll live. No use in doing a second hard credit pull with another carrier over it.

I have had verizon for a good while 15 - 20 yrs . As far their service is concerned I really have had no major issues , But when indeed a issue does arise , OMG , "The customer service" or lack there of , is literally non-existance . One of the Top Worst rated companies to deal with . Verizon should win First Prize given to a Company without any Human in it. The brick and mortor stores are useless
and I give all my thoughts and prayers to all the verizon employees who are going to lose there jobs can you say" AI and Bye" for alot of you ..... progress you know !
