Customer Service Wait Time...

Is it me or is the wait time extremely crazy?? I have a business line with my company. I got a new phone for Christmas that I decided to use as a personal phone and need to get a phone # generated and added to a personal account. The 'business account' team cannot assist so this polite gentleman transferred me and is staying on the line to help the transfer. The 2 of us have been on hold for over 2 hours. I'm kicking myself for sitting on hold, but I feel it's the only option. Aye, yie, yie! This is horrible!

I am sorry for the long hold times. To confirm, is the new phone active on the business account now or was it ordered on teh business account originally?
