I have been on hold for over 30min and I am aware in the change of Verizon Customer Service hours since COVID. However the time is approaching closing time and I am wondering will I remain on hold once they are closed or will someone pick my call up??
also this is the second day I have attempted to contact customer service and bc of the absurd wait time have been unsuccessful in speaking with an agent.
I have tried to work with the txt and and the computer automated responses. But even the comp is telling me to call and speak with live agent. BUT I canโt get one on the phone.
VERIZON SERVICE USE TO BE GREAT BUT WITH ALL THE PRESSURE FROM THEIR NEW AND IMPROVED COMPETITOR THEY ARE FALLING SHORT. SAD.

Covid has nothing to do with the wait times, it's been like that since Verizon closed down many centers.
Everday is slammed calls. The only time that's not packed is after 6PM EST on a Sunday.
