Customer Service?

I Was on the phone with Verizon customer service for 1 1/2 hours,  I was transferred 3 times spent most to the time on hold just so they could tell me that they couldn't help me.   Are you frickin kidding me?   Couldn't that have happened in the first five minutes?   No one seems to know what they are doing!

Agreed! I've had V for a year now and all I regret is switching over from Sprint. I've had issues with them since I switched and their customer service is HORRENDOUS!!!

I can't get thru to a chat rep. Tried for over a hour yesterday, all agents busy. Now this morning I'm facing the same issue. I don't understand this. What is going on?

I still can't get thru to a chat rep. All Agents are Busy is all i get. I was misled by VZW last week, now they won't stand behind what they told me. I'm trying to get a chat rep to explain my bill. I don't trust phone conversations.

Customer service is very poor! I upgraded, spending several hundreds of dollars only to be lied to by the representative,RUSSELL (Removed). I was told that my device was going to be sent overnight-day 3-still no phone. Several of the changes we made over the phone were not completed as discussed. I called back in to discuss these items with someone, and that was another waste of my time with empty words. I was told I would get a follow up call, still nothing. Customer service by far is the worst!

Don't expect too much help though. They refused to honor anyhting promised by their supervisors on the phone for me.

It would seem to me that if you have documentation it should be an open and shut case...IF they actually look into it.....GOOD LUCK.

I am so tired of Verizon Customer Service..I have been on the line 42 minutes with no resolution. Requested a manager and Im still on hold waiting for one but not before being told that the manager will not offer any other information. Is this really how long time customers are treated...really considering switching to a different company just for better customer service!!!! I wonder if my issue will even be resolved satisfactority....smh

I was lied to (informed incorrectly) about the cost of changing plans.   Was told that if I switched, bill would decrease $30/month.  Bill actually increased about $25/month.  Customer service was/is basically non-existent.

Same thing happened to me. I was told one price on chat & in store, then I get my bill & it's higher. VZW would not stand behind the quote even though I had it in writing and chat transcript. They admitted it was a mistake but didn't want to honor the quoted price. I do business with ATT home phone & internet, they are much easier to do business with. As soon as I can switch I will. VZW is not a good business to do business with. Don't complain tot the BBB, they side with VZW.
