You can request one, but it's more productive to try to get things resolved with a CSR first. Many agents are working at home and call volume is so high that it needs to be a serious enough issue to talk to a supervisor.
A sup will adhere to the same corporate policies a standard rep would. Their only true power is being able to approve a credit or cancel an order.

I returned my old phone so I can get my a $800 promotion towards my new phone. I have contacted Verizon customer service for a total of 4 times since August 2021 and they still can't fix my issue.

I am loosing my patience. I have screenshots of every conversation I had with them and everything they say that I'll receive my money and credit in the next billing cycle.
This is so dissapointing. I have been with Verizon for over 10 years and they can't fix something like this...
