I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request compensation for the significant inconvenience I have experienced regarding a recent transaction. On August 6, 2023, I returned an iPhone 14 Pro within the specified return period. Unfortunately, due to a series of mishaps, the refund process has been protracted, causing me unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

The delay in receiving my refund, compounded by a check being sent to the wrong address and further delays in resending it, has resulted in an extended period of financial strain. I have remained patient and understanding throughout this ordeal, despite the initial expectation of a prompt resolution.

In light of the considerable time and energy I have devoted to resolving this matter and the extended delay in regaining access to my funds, I request Verizon to consider compensating me for the inconvenience.
