I have spent over 4HOURS confirming a payment made last week to my account. The people in the Third World call center have directed me to four places (none of which remotely had anything to do with my issue). And everyone uses the same line, "I know I can help you, just give me a chance". Then I start the whole story again and seem I'm going backward instead of forward.
Finally I get a call back from the 1555 phone number and get an older woman Stateside, who proceeded to talk to me like I was her Grandchild and said I was talking too loud. This is after four hours of run around.
No two ways about it, Verizon is the WORST both home and Mobile. I need to find a way out!!!!
