I have spent over 9 hours in the past 2 days on the phone with verizons customer support I have been bounced around to 20+ people. Each one telling me the person before them didn't know what they were talking about. Now my bill has gone up $40/month. They deleted all of my history with them (2 years) and I'm being treated as a new customer so I have to pay a double first month bill ($430). They continue to lie to me and treat me like I don't matter to them. For 2 years my bill was between 150 and 176. I left for 4 days as I was tired of trying to get things fixed through customer service. I have no service with the other provider so I'm forced to come back and it took 9 hours and 20+ people to do so.
