How do I raise a compliant about the Verizon service - is there any e-mail ID or site where I can log my compliant?

Hello Verizon Customer Service,
I would like to bring to your notice that I switched 4 phone lines plus one internet line over to Verizon from Xfinity on Dec 22 , 2023 during the promotion period, where I was told by the sale associate that I will get Verizon Gift Card for each line that I switch to Verizon. So I was hoping to receive 4 Gift cards of $200 each but Verizon approved only 1 gift card and the request for 3 others was rejected citing the reason that the 3 devices I subscribed to were not eligible for rebate. The message said "select 4G/5G Smartphones with a minimum retail price of $699.99 only were eligible". I wasn't informed of this detail while subscribing and if I had known, I would selected a device which was above $699.99. The sales associate in this case was not knowledgeable and I am made to suffer because of his mistake.
I was also told by the sales associate that the activation fee of $35 per line for all 4 phone lines will also be waived as it is a promotion period but when I received my first full bill on Jan 21, 2024 it included the activation fee for all 4 lines. I had to dispute the bill and submit a request with the live chat agent to waive the $35 fee for all 4 lines and that request is currently under review. I am not confident that it will be approved.
I feel cheated and let down by the Verizon sale associate who is getting customers to sign up for new lines/devices with falls promises.
Also, my line with the other service provider was deactivated on Dec 24 as I signed up on Dec 22 but I didn't receive my devices until Dec 26 as the shipping was delayed due to Christmas break. I had to live without any phone for 3 days and that too during the Christmas time.
So far I had a terrible experience and I wish I had never fallen into this promotion trap. I hope Verizon can compensate me in some way or the other.
