I had an appointment today at 4p.m in the Hartsdale NY location. I am appalled by the way the customer representative Joseph spoke to me as I went in to upgrade a phone on my line. As a professional myself, I was quite upset to see how this representative spoke to me as I inquire about the service connection in the area. I was told that my bill is only $327 and it is a share plan so that is why I am not getting quality service. He even stated that he was surprised with a $327 monthly payment that I was able to upgrade. He  was disgusting and rude. I can take my service to Tmoblie for less than $327 which I will do. He needs training and to be in the back and not working with customers.
